Veterinary Disclaimer

I understand that Katie Kreuzer of South Charlotte Mobile Pet Services cannot diagnose or prescribe medications. I understand that it will be my responsibility to schedule an appointment with my veterinarian for all medical diagnosis and medications to include vaccinations.
Behavior Policy

I understand that if my pet becomes aggressive and poses a possible risk to themselves, yourself, or Katie Kreuzer, our appointment will be rescheduled with the possibility of sedation or anxiety medications provided by my veterinarian which I am responsible for obtaining. I understand that I am still responsible for paying for the service fee at the appointment.
Grooming Policy

I understand that Katie Kreuzer is not a professional dog/cat groomer. Styled haircuts are not an available service with South Charlotte Mobile Pet Services. Medically necessary trims are available on a case by case basis.
Liability Policy

I do not hold Katie Kreuzer of South Charlotte Mobile Pet Services liable for any damages to my personal property, my person, or to my pet during any visit.
Cancelation/No show Policy
*
I understand if I cancel within a 24 hour period or I am not home when South Charlotte Mobile Pet Services arrives, I will be required to pay the current appointment fee as a deposit for the next appointment, in addition to that days appointment fee once service is complete.
