  • The business is owned and operated by myself, a dedicated pet care professional with 20+ years in veterinary medicine and experience in behavior, providing compassionate, personalized care.

  • Primarily dogs and cats, but specialized care and some exotic pet services are available on request.

  • Services are offered throughout South Charlotte, Pineville, Matthews, Ballantyne, Quail Hollow, Freedom Park, Dilworth, South End, West Matthews, and surrounding areas in NC, plus nearby areas in SC like Fort Mill, Tega Cay, North Indian Land, Sun City, and Palisades.

  • In-home care reduces travel stress, eliminates waiting rooms, and allows your pet to stay calm in a familiar environment

  • Services include nail trims, nail dremmel, ear cleaning, ear plucking, sanitary trims, anal gland expression, baths and medicated baths, nail grips, and more.

  • Each service has a starting price (e.g., nail trims from $25, baths starting at $75), with some services priced individually. Some services I offer the “5th one is free” promo. Prices can be found HERE

  • Yes — miscellaneous services like medications, glucose checks, and more are available (starting at $20) upon request. Pets requiring medication must be current on veterinary care.

  • Yes. The rabies vaccine must be up to date and I must have the certificate uploaded in the pet portal prior to any services.

  • Have someone at home to assist with holding your pet as needed, and clear space for service. Specific instructions vary by service type.

  • All booked appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur the full price of scheduled service. This includes if you are not at home when I arrive. That payment will need to be paid prior to any further bookings. If an emergency has come up please contact me.

  • Yes. If you are only able to book after hours or on the weekends, I will do my best to accommodate you. Please note their will be an additional $25 fee and the “5th promo” does not apply.
